pxbalance, uxbalance and pxname regions appears black in OpenHoldem #25

Which product and version is being used? OpenHoldem 2.0.0 FINAL

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set and configure pxbalance and pxname regions in OpenScrape
2. Check that it works in OpenScrape and save Table Map
3. Open Table Map with OpenHoldem
4. Connect to the table

What is the expected output?
Correct values in Scraper Output window.

What do you see instead?
It only show a black area and nothing is recognized

Please provide any additional information below.
It happens to me also with uxbalance but not with uxname

I have just set pxseat and pxactive and now all work OK. May be it was the 
default
behavior but I didn't see anything about it in the documentation. Close the 
issue if
you wish.
