Which product and version is being used? (OpenHoldem, OpenScrape, OHReplay,
or ManualMode)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.start OH ver. 2.00->2.10
2.sit down at a full ring table with less than 9 players (f.eks 6 players)
3.be dealt in.

What is the expected output?

       6.000 = nplayersseated
       6.000 = nopponentsdealt

What do you see instead?

       8.000 = nplayersseated
       8.000 = nopponentsdealt

Please provide any additional information below.

Have teste if the same problem exist in ver. 1.9.6. to verify if this is a OH
or scraper problem.
and in 1.9.6 there are no problems getting nplayersseated and nopponentsdealt

nplayersdealt, nopponentsdealt etc have always been very sensitive to fast
folds.
To overcome this problems we do now consider all players as dealt,
who are sitting in on the first scrape (since OH 2.1.0)
This may sometimes give false results, but is much better than the old
behaviour.

nplayersseated works fine (at least for me at ManualMode)and counts only the
players
at the table.
Nothing has been changed for that logic.
This is a problem with your TM.
