EDDA is the evolutionary database design tool that I created for the /drip database. This tool should be in its own repository with its own SDLC.

Sub Tasks

[ ] Create a new repo for EDDA
[ ] Move EDDA to the new repo
[ ] Add README to the project
[ ] Update the blog's nix shell to install from the new repo instead of the local derivation
