block_dynamic_nav.php has an extra semi colon which breaks it on certain old php versions #19

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to use the dynamic nav on old php 5 versions (Not current stable.)
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Page output sometimes breaks.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
Patched and reformatted block_dynamic_nav.php attached to solve issue.

This patch should be applied to Pixie 1.05 beta 2 before release.
