Spanish Translation breaks login cookie

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Choose language Spanish
2. Login
3. Pick option "Settings"

Logged out. Also - broken html entities for accented characters.

Modified admin/lang/es-cl.php as in source updates ..

I can confirm login is corrected.
Still problems with HTML Entities for accented characters.

I know nothing about Spanish, but try setting your browser to ISO-8859-2 
encoding ... looks better to me :-D

entities
