`Monocle.Flippers.Scroller.speed` isn't used anywhere #195

From what I can tell, this constant isn't referred to anywhere https://github.com/joseph/Monocle/blob/master/src/flippers/scroller.js#L124.

It is the same as "speed" here? https://github.com/joseph/Monocle/blob/master/src/flippers/scroller.js#L7

Sounds about right. I don't use the Scroller flipper anywhere in my projects, so I'm very happy to integrate pull requests from you if you do. Better if it's updated by someone who uses it. :)
