fix IE 11 clipping of books #240

This addresses the recently noticed issue where IE 11 is clipping the right hand side of books

http://monocle.inventivelabs.com.au/ The Velveteen Rabbit was working fine when I first began to use Monocle. Now it is clipping the pages. I am browsing with IE 11.0.9600.16521. I'm sorry to not be more help than to just report this observation.

@waynesalhany Can you check http://test.monoclejs.com/test/showcase/01-velveteen/index.html ? That's running the latest master.

I tested that one. It is good. Do I need to download the correct version from a special link, or will the normal link work for me?
