Cutting off text #265

We have problem to display the text in same books. The initial and final text of a page is cut.

We check css of Monocle and not found a solution.

Hi, I do have the same issue with Monocle used in an Android issue. For what I've seen, this issue does not exist in Firefox (when testing), but does happen in Chrome.

Does anybody have a fix ? Thanks
