OSC Input for Countdown Times #34

Getting OSC input so messages can be sent to Tally systems.

An example would be a countdown timer from Mitti to display on the tally boxes.

A messaging system is planned, for the tally clients that support it (web, m5stick). This is a neat idea for real time data! I’ll definitely consider it.
