Use Option menu instead of navigation drawer #2

Inspiration: this is how the great app TinyScanner (voted 4.7) does: no hamburger icon on top left, but "3 points" icon on top right. I think this would be enough. What do you think?

PS: Then we could remove this panel:

In the navigation drawer, we navigate. There is also an entry for settings in the current version and we might include more in future versions (e.g. feedback, a link to our other apps, ...).

The current material pattern for navigation is not an option menu, but the navigation drawer, see https://material.io/guidelines/patterns/navigation.html.

Wrt. TinyScanner: Tiny Scanner still targets Android 5. The six pack navigation peaked between 2010 and 2013, see e.g. https://android.jlelse.eu/material-design-navigation-drawer-iii-navigating-c30dde2132cc#.2nlg1tl5h
