Simplify entry editor #4

The app is great but the UX still requires too many clicks. (Notification info, swipe, click, click on text area, etc.). I feel this reduces the chance of our app, because when people have 5 actions to do before using an app, they quickly get bored and then they don't use it, and eventually they uninstall it. (At least for me and for friends that I know, it's like that all the time).

I think this would be enough and would require just 1 click:

If the person is calling, this will appear once the call is finished, or go to notification area (but only in this case).

I would like to keep at least the date displayed. We could remove the title and move the time zone to an options menu? And yes, we could automatically open an editor. Would we do that instead or together with a notification?
