We have rudimentary support for the droplet spectrum (rather than just N(D)). I'll be expanding this out to help with some support for various ARM VAPs. There will be three main components to this.

[ ] More universal support for reading droplet spectrums
[ ] Droplet spectrum filtering support
[ ] Reduction of Droplet spectrum back to N(D)
