Help command Delete welcome #139

The help command as a ContextMenu with the division into categories and pagination is definitely missing. And the command to delete welcome setup.

Hello! Sorry for taking a bit of time to get back to you. About the help command, i'll be looking into that in the future.

Quick question, about the welcome delete. I'm assuming you mean a command to disable the welcome system after enabling it? If so let me know, and i'll add that.
