Format/css #107

Lots of changes regarding CSS formatting and making adjustments to tests to work.

A few things that need to be fixed:

  1. Test for User Story 12, ./spec/features/merchants/items/index_spec.rb:104 needs within block because of its HTML formatting it's not passing.
  2. Error when merchant new company name is empty, cannot run, please fix!
  3. Merchants needs a dashboard on its own per wireframe.
