This completes US 22 and 23, please! do not accept any of the changes to the migrations. Joseph and I were trying to resolve our lack of csv_load objects from invoice_items. Would rather not make changes and have this reviewed tomorrow with instructors!
Additionally, once the invoice_items has been completed, I'd love to go back and just double check the functionality since the sample size was so small!
