Here we are! This Pull Request includes:
User Story 22 and 23 which completes the Admin Dashboard User Stories! And Includes User Story 32 and 33 for Admin Invoice Index. All testing passes and also included a little naming adjustment to User Story 1 because it kept throwing errors every now and again.
