!!! So much code! This completes only 2/5 of the required changed views for Extension 1-2. Needed changes for the indexes of:

[x] Admin Invoice
[x] Admin Merchant
[ ] Merchant
[ ] Invoice
[ ] Item

Model testing included, might be able to add more for another half hour.
