Improve file upload progress and file preview UI #211

Not a massive fan of the file upload progress. Consider making it smaller, with a spinner on the left and a progress bar as a bottom border.

Also not a massive fan of the file preview UI. Also make it smaller with a file icon on the left, file name in the middle, size and download icon on the right (make the download icon in an expanding button with a background color.
