Deploy to dev isn't working #222

Is CloudFront still configured correctly?

Done. Not sure what the underlying issue is, but for reference I deleted the cloudformation stack for the dev-ui project and recreated it (which created a new cloudfront distrubution). I then has to alias the new cloudfront distribution with the domain name alias in Route53.
