Running docker-cumpose command is giving me connection refuse errors #5

Hi, I am at stage 1 of the handout, and running this command docker-compose -f docker-compose-LocalExecutor.yml up -d is giving me the below error.

@poddardelhi I am unable to re create this issue. It looks like it's having some trouble finding a local docker server. Could you verify that docker is installed and running.
