working in the base node with express for now. the bundling of files was always unique for electrons webpack system, so i might need to make a second directory and copy things over

Known issue: backend openAI call is not working in the web app portion

Redirects files: Electron deployment is in /diagnoseMeDesktop, web/local-host deployment is in /diagnoseMeWeb
