In Page 17 of the DG, the sequence diagram has a very small font, which may be unreadable in printed form.

Team's Response

  1. The font size for the sequence diagram above is similar to almost all of the diagrams in the UG.

  2. I acknowledge that the font size for the activity diagram that follows the above sequence diagram in the UG is too small (and have accepted the bug for that), but believe this sequence diagram itself is still readable.

Team chose [response.Rejected]

Reason for disagreement: Responding to your first sentence of response: Even if you think the font size is similar to the other diagrams, that does not make this particular diagram's font size large enough to be read comfortably without any extra effort by the user.

While it is true that the user can zoom the diagram to see more details, this can be still considered a cosmetic issue as mentioned in the course website.

The perspective of each person is different, not all person can see small texts clearly. Some might have eye problems and thus be hindered when reading small texts. Even if your team thinks that it is still readable, I do have different opinion and think that it is too small and I most likely will not put effort to read it in that size but instead try to zoom the image. By zooming the diagram, this delays the user to be able to see the full diagram. I believe that some other people might prefer to not read small font size either.
