Features added:

Downloading from i.reddituploads.com
Downloading from Reddit galleries
- These files download in the order they appear in the gallery (try r/comics for an example)
- Closes #31, and maybe also #48 and #91
Add subreddit name to the filename (this is useful when downloading a user's posts)

I've not written much Javascript before, so let me know if there is anything I've done that's a bit wonky and I'll fix it 😄
