Add support for the AI Horde #26

AI Horde is a crowdsourced cluster of workers for text and image generation that can be used anonymously and/or free. It provides a fully documented REST API you can easily integrate to your front-end. You can also tie it into generating images for further immersion in the chat.

AI Horde has been shown to be unsafe to use, as real people can see the prompts that are inputted (and I know of at least one or two cases where users were "trolled" by these workers). The creator also has it out against people who like anime.

Ever since we've prevented CSAM, random newly created accounts they've going around spreading this FUD like this.
