Can't insert more than 1 image

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In Google Chrome 9.0.597.84, insert an image with the default image button 
from jwysiwyg (first image)
2. Try to insert a new image (second image)
3. Nothing happen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Nothing happen and i catch this error :
Uncaught Error: INDEX_SIZE_ERR: DOM Exception 1 (wysiwyg.image.js:26)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Currently on a PC, windows 7 with Google Chrome 9.0.597.84. Firefox and IE is 
fine.

Please provide any additional information below.
