I actually stole aka borrowed your Makefile + .travis.yml to get my build on travis-ci working after the fiasco upgrading Elixir and with travis not having the right version of Erlang, I found that on travis using your .travis.yml I had to manually install rebar. So here I am giving you back what I added to my .travis.yml to get it working.
