Configure "tocentry" environment #10

I plan to submit to ACS Macro Letters. And according its user guide, the graphic TOC is required and the graph should be 8cm x 4cm. It is different than the default value of achemso. Furthermore, I do not want the border of the box. According to journal user guide, The graph should be labelled by the sentence "For Table of Contents use only" and the title and the authors must be included.

I'll certainly look at the sizing. The entire point of the box is to allow you to judge the size: the ACS don't use 'camera ready' files so will need the graphics at some stage in any case.

To remove the border, you can do \setlength{\fboxrule}{0 pt} just before the TOC: the box is just a standard LaTeX framebox.
