Deprecated biblatex macros

The following macros are deprecated:

\mkbibnamelast
\mkbibnamefirst
\mkbibnameaffix

I tried to fix it locally by modifying phys.bbx according to the warnings from biblatex:

• replace \mkbibnamelast with \mkbibnamefamily in l.69
• replace \mkbibnamefirst with \mkbibnamegiven in l.63
• replace \mkbibnameaffix with \mkbibnamesuffix in l.71

This removed the warnings. I didn't notice any regression.

However, I noticed #14, which appears also in an unmodified installation on Ubuntu 16.04 with biblatex 3.4.
