Journal reference with journal translation #3

I suggest an addition to allow referencing to a translation of a journal article (see https://authors.aps.org/STYLE/ms.html#chrt, last entry for (h), Russian journal reference with English journal translation).

I attached a patch, which shows a possible implementation (i.e. it works for my example), and an example. For me this feature works only with biber, although I could not find any hint for this in the documentation (v2.4).
