csmeaning #4

The package provides \csshow which is "Similar to the TeX primitive \show but takes a control sequence name as its argument.". Should it be possible to have \csmeaning?

Seems in-scope to me: I don't immediately see any reason not to do this. Will do a few checks first to make sure I'm not forgetting something.
