Feature Request: Notifications on switching devices #6

It will be amazing to have a small windows notification when you switch devices using the assigned hotkeys.

I am not familiar with windows dev but I'll to dig around and figure out a PR as well.

Sorry. It already does that. I just needed to set the Audio switcher to high priority.
