Create a help/how to use generator button and modal #16

Adding a button to help the user know how to use this product would be ideal, all the pre-requisites needed to use the generator to its fullest.

In this what I would like to see is the help button either produce test in a grid or a modal overlay to show the user what they need to do in order to use this product.
