Add background #24

23 Add background to make the page less bare and more inline with the BoI feel.

Changed the text colour of the body to be suited to a dark background. Screenshot from 2019-08-05 08-27-31

I think it looks a bit odd when you shrink the window, and it seems like setting background-size to 100% improves it:

Another small note - would it be possible to set some percentage margins on the left and right so that the text doesn't overlap the left and right columns?
