Add support for pipewire #62

As more and more users are transferring from pulseaudio to pipewire, can support be added?

I see RNNoise is available in PulseEffects which is pipewire compatible, if that helps.

I am using pipewire with pipewire-alsa and I think it is working.. at least I get an extra input in most voip software when cadmus is enabled, and I have had no complaints when on calls. I guess that if applications use pipewire directly it will not work though?
