This PR needs troubleshooting. The Happy React feedback plugin isn't showing in my local environment even though I followed the instructions at Integrating with Docusaurus.

Description

This PR adds Happy React feedback component to docs pages.

Closed the following PR so that I could target the staging branch instead: #42

Added the Happy React feedback component.
Swizzled DocsItem/Footer and attached the Happy React feedback component.
Added default styles for the Happy React feedback component.
