This PR adds a component for an unofficial Baird beer recommendations chatbot made in Typebot.

Created a component for the chatbot, which was added to all Baird beer pages in https://github.com/josh-wong/baird-beer-quadrants/pull/9.
Added a link to the chatbot in the sidebar navigation.
