I was hoping to come here for the silver bullet for people who want to blog more but don't. 😬

I'm on board with the approach of throwing 10 things at the wall every week and going from there. I may not have published a lot, but I have a bunch of rough drafts that are in a state that can be slowly improved upon and expanded, some are just bullet points and it seems better than not having bullet points.

Mostly commenting because it's better than not commenting (and I'm hoping someone else will comment with the earlier mentioned silver bullet and I'll get a notification for that). 🤞🏼

I think the silver bullet is the good old Nike phrase of 'Just do it!', unfortunately. If anything, maybe start a little bit before the idea is fully formed and then learn and revise as you go. As a pro writer relative of mine says; 'all writing is rewriting'. (Thanks to David Berganitino for that one)

@notmarkmiranda it might be that this is the silver bullet.

Can you publish something coherent-ish out of those rough drafts? I bet you can.

Just be willing to accept errors and mistakes, and go back and fix them if/when it makes sense.

And maybe begin some of the pieces with a statement like:

This is a rough draft, I just wanted to get it written/published so I can think on it and update later, or share around with a few friends. Don't judge me too harshly!

And then go to town.
