DG Glossary definition for 'invalid input' can be expanded. #8

The glossary entry for 'invalid input' says that non-alphanumeric and non-english characters will be considered as invalid input. This may not be too true for things like names (which accept slashes but reject numbers) or phone numbers (which accept +). I think it is quite context-dependent, so it could be expanded towards "Invalid as specified in data constraints for each field."
