Visual Studio 2010 Support #67

Google Omaha does not build with Visual Studio 2010 after following build 
instructions.

Patches/fixes were proposed in 
https://code.google.com/p/omaha/issues/detail?id=40
but these did not fix the error.

Is VS 2010 not supported at all?
