Too many cards in ATQ / ARN packs #10

Boosters should only have 8 cards for these expansions.

I haven't seen any response of the other bugs, so I'm going to stop filing them.

I didn't see these until just now, I haven't been monitoring these. But if you find any more feel free to file them if you'd like -- they're much appreciated and I will definitely get them!
