Just connected http://travis-ci.org/#!/padrino/padrino-framework/builds/68659 CI to padrino and it's been working really well. Very happy with this solution. Consider adding http_router support to travis. Guides are here: http://about.travis-ci.org/docs/user/getting-started/
Really couldn't be easier. You just need admin privileges and setup a deploy hook. Optionally setup a build configuration file as well (to run against multiple rubies)
