C#-SQLite3 shell has extra argument before filename #145

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. C#-SQLite>C#-SQLite3 test1.db
2. sqlite> .databases

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
seq  name             file
---  ---------------  ---------------------------
0    main             test1.db 

seq  name             file
---  ---------------  ---------------------------
0    main            

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

C#-SQLite3 foo test1.db works as a work-around
