Colors off on new machine

Issue Description

I'm setting up new machine and I bootstrap it using my dotfiles. I use same OS on both machines - i3 manjaro. The problem I encountered is some colors are off, first image shows working colors on my PC and second image is on freshly bootstrapped laptop.

I notice that buffer name uses lightish grey color and magenta background.

It seems to enter 8/16-color mode... Paste the value of $TERM $COLORTERM and the output of infocmp $TERM here.

Both machines have same $TERM and $COLORTERM:
