Needs updating for node-oracledb 2.x #1

For node-oracledb 2.x, currently in development, the script will need to put Instant Client in ~/lib or /usr/local/lib. Also, it won't need the OCI_*_DIR variables.

Thanks for the heads up. I'll create a v2 branch that'll handle this.
