fix: update react files to use jsx extension #171

This PR reapplies the reverted changes from #169 to use the .jsx file extension for the React component files.

Closes #170

The code quality gate has failed but these are existing issues. They're being picked up because of the file renames. I'm going to go ahead with merging these changes since the code quality issues will be fixed in PR #169 .
