[feature] dependency no longer maintained #192

The @jych/gif-provider dependency is no longer being maintained. If gifbar is being maintained (see: #188), I'd suggest you remove the dependency.

As @jych/gif-provider is MIT licensed, you might consider integrating the codebase here, or maintaining your own fork.
