Widget Crashes when opening settings window #23

Open JJay21 opened 3 years ago

JJay21 commented 3 years ago

whenever i open the settings window to select items to track the widget crashes and when restarted the settings tab endlessly tries loading now as a transparent window

JJay21 commented 3 years ago

after some messing around it seems having the widget open on a 4k monitor might be causing the issue

I can confirm the above. Running at 2560x1440 prevents the widget from displaying anything. Dropping it to 1920x1080 functions as normal. That's disappointing.

Thanks, I'll investigate

I'm suddenly having this same issue on a 1920x1080 monitor. It resolved itself last night but reoccured today. Uninstalling/Reinstalling hasn't seemed to help, and neither has resetting inside of the Windows 10 Settings. image

I'm seeing the same issue at 2560x1440 resolution on Win10 1909. Dropping down to 1080p gets the widget to function slightly better, opening the widget settings doesn't crash the game bar but I constantly have to keep restarting it so essentially does not function. I've also looked into my system language and everything is in English US and changing it to English UK resulted in no change.
