When I try to login to steam I get this. Then if I close it and hit the "Login with desktop browser" button nothing happens. How can I resolve this?

System information: Windows 11 Firefox 111.0.1 Xbox Gamebar 5.823.3261.0

I have the same problem and am now unable to log in.

If I try logging in with Steam I get the same page as OP shared. If I try logging in with Sony, I get
