[Feature Request] Page numbers on the book

Currently players are unable to tell what page they are on or how many pages exist in the book. It would be nice if the players could access the same page bar at the bottom as the editors, or even had a simply page number auto generated on the page somewhere.

I'm not keen on making the timeline display because it can be used for hidden pages and other trickery. I can add a page number feature though, which you can auto add to pages with the template system.
