Tooltips enhancement. #43

Any item or block icon or text should have a tooltip to give more information about that block. Some times with all of the mods/Texture Packs out there is is hard to be sure which item you are looking at with out more information.

This will be addressed/has been in the 1.8.9 version, so closing.
